Glider Flights

We offer exhilarating flights in sleek modern two seat gliders at a site only 2 minutes from our main centre. Two types of flight are available:

• Aerotow, in which the glider is towed up behind a conventional "tug" aircraft to around 3000 feet, before releasing. Flights last for up to 1 hour.
• Winch, where the glider is towed by a cable on the ground to a height of 1000 feet or more before releasing. Flights last for up to 30 minutes.

All safety equipment, insurance and expert tuition is included. We can cater for groups of 4 people or more.
